*Observations: This is a nice-sounding little guitar that has definitely been around the block a few times but is very fun to play. Condition is very good for a nearly 60-year old instrument, with a lot of normal playing wear in the form of scuffs and scratches and small dings all across its surfaces, along with quite a bit of finish checking and crazing. The bridge appears to be a replacement, done quite a while ago by the look of the surrounding finish. The pickguard is original but looks like it has been reglued, and there are remnants of messy glue residue around the lower edge. There are two cracks that run from the back of the bridge to the back edge of the top, one on either side of the center seam.
An internal passive pickup with an endpin jack has been installed, and although its make is unknown, it does work. Playability is comfortable with medium action and the tone has the lovely dry, chimey quality these guitars are famous for. A non-original flat-top TKL case is included. Here's a chance to get a really fun, nice sounding player grade vintage instrument with a ton of mojo at a very reasonable price!
