*Observations: Originally ordered by Chicago Music Exchange to their requested specifications, this guitar plays great and is in very good condition. There is a lot of play wear in the form of light scuffs and scratches on the top, back and pickguard, as well as a few very small dimple-like dents here and there. There are a few longer scratches on the back, but no buckle rash. The face of the headstock has some scratches that may have come from a tool used to tighten down the nuts around the posts. The finish has clouded a bit from skin contact and the nickel hardware has lost its gloss and has developed a vintage-like patina, but there is very little fret wear. It has late 60s/early 70s-style black witch hat control knobs, and it is not certain whether or not this was a spec ordered by CME or if they were added by a previous owner. The electronics sound great and work perfectly and the playability is terrific.
