*Observations:
Unfortunately there isn't a lot of info to share here apart from the fact that there are some fantastic tones to be found in this amp! This is a kit clone of a 5E3 narrow-panel Tweed Deluxe, and although the previous owner didn't know who built it, the parts appear to be of high quality and the build looks solid (see the photos for a shot of the amp's innards). Condition-wise, the tweed covering looks great apart from a couple of dark spots, and the upper back panel has a little warpage happening.
The speaker here is a 25 watt Celestion Greenback G12M 12", and the builder went to the trouble to place a very realistic-looking vintage-style tube chart label inside the cabinet and to install an early 50s-style badge on the front panel.
Tonally, this amp does what the Tweed Deluxe has always been famous for, delivering warm, soulful clean tones at lower volumes and sweet, perfectly gnarly crunch tones when cranked. Possibly owing to the Greenback Celestion 12", this one sounds a bit darker and smoother at high volumes than most Deluxes that sport vintage Fender-type speakers, making it perfect for raunchy classic rock riffs. It's definitely a fun amp!
