*Observations: This is a beautiful guitar that has a few condition issues but sounds and plays great. The pickguard and top have the scratching and scuffing associated with normal playing wear, but the top and sides have numerous small dimple like dents as well. The back has some as well, but far fewer, and there is no buckle rash. The finish on the top has dulled a bit to a satiny texture in spots, but the back and sides and the back of the neck have maintained their glossiness. The back of the neck has some tint dents and there are some small light white streaks that appear to be under the finish. The headstock has a few nery tiny nicks around the edges. A wooden arm rest has been added to the top and it is handsome and functions well. A strap button has been neatly installed on the neck heel.
The most significant condition issue is a long crack in the top running from the back of the bridge to the edge of the lower bout, but it has been professionally repaired and with normal care, should not prove to be an issue in the future.
The action is comfortable and the tone is absolutely lovely, making it a real joy to play.
