*Observations: Condition on this lovely guitar is excellent. There is one long, light scratch on the face of the headstock but apart from that, almost all other marks appear to be from factory aging. The rear panels are transparent, but black ones are also included. There is almost no fret wear. Playability is terrific and the pickups sound great!

CITY LIMITS
Crafted with the finest seasoned maple and Honduran mahogany, the CL is built for tone. Lightweight, resonant mahogany combined with a carefully hand-set extra long mortise and tenon neck joint bring tonal complexity and sustain to the table in spades. PREMIUM TONE WOODS
Each Collings Deluxe electric guitar is constructed of all solid woods that are acquired, acclimated, and hand selected for acoustical response by Collings' master luthiers.
PLAYABILITY
A combination of exacting PLEK machine leveling and hand fret dressing ensures consistently excellent playability and a silky fret feel.
DELUXE APPOINTMENTS
Custom ivoroid knobs and pickup rings are handmade in the Collings shop and only available on a Collings Deluxe electric.
FINISH
By meticulously hand-sanding between coats, Collings' nitrocellulose lacquer finishes measure between 0.005" and 0.007" in final thickness, maximizing acoustic response while providing excellent protection and aesthetics.
