***This is a consignment item

$2,799.00 plus $30.00 for shipping (consignment item)

***Observations: This is a used guitar is excellent condition. Like all CP Thorntons, this plays and sounds absolutely fantastic! There is a fair amount of play wear in the form of pick scratching on the pickguard, some slight dulling of the chrome hardware, and a few light scratches and small dings on the top and back and sides, including one slightly larger dent to the upper left of the bridge. Otherwise, this guitar looks beautiful.

ABOUT THE CLASSIC II HOT ROD SERIES

These guitars are the result of years of experience in building and craftsmanship,  and promise to be one of the best “Teles” you have played. Chuck Thornton has taken all he has learned about the right choices of tone wood for the right model of guitar, matched with the right electronics, and then applied that to these quality builds, using very old growth Nootka Cedar from Alaska. Unlike Western Red Cedar, Nootka is a very dense Cedar and has a tone that is incredibly rich and full. Paired with beautifully torrefied Rock Maple necks which supplies an awesome feel and incredible stability. As there are many things to love about these guitars, the thing we love the most are the looks! Inspired by classic cars from the 50’s. These 2 tone finishes are flawless and wonderfully gorgeous!
