AUSTIN GUITAR HOUSE IS PROUD TO BE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF

cp-thornton-tag-black.jpg

*This is a used guitar in very good condition
*This is a consignment item
*Includes original hard shell case and build sheet

*Observations: This is a beautiful, great-playing, killer sounding guitar that is also unbelievably light weight! There is some light playing wear on the face of the guitar and a few very small pin hole-sized paint chips on the back, but there is almost no fret wear.

This guitar is very loud and resonant acoustically, the pickups sound terrific, and it is feather-weight at less than 6 pounds!

$2799 plus $30 for shipping (consignment item)

ABOUT THE CLASSIC II HOT ROD SERIES

These guitars are the result of years of experience in building and craftsmanship,  and promise to be one of the best “Teles” you have played. Chuck Thornton has taken all he has learned about the right choices of tone wood for the right model of guitar, matched with the right electronics, and then applied that to these quality builds, using very old growth Nootka Cedar from Alaska. Unlike Western Red Cedar, Nootka is a very dense Cedar and has a tone that is incredibly rich and full. Paired with beautifully torrefied Rock Maple necks which supplies an awesome feel and incredible stability. As there are many things to love about these guitars, the thing we love the most are the looks! Inspired by classic cars from the 50’s. These 2 tone finishes are flawless and wonderfully gorgeous!
