*Observations: Made by Fairbanks Guitars in South Burlington, Vermont, this is a fantastic-sounding guitar that perfectly captures the big, warm, booming low end of the classic slope-shouldered dreadnaughts of yore.
Condition is very good. There is moderate playing wear in the form of light scratches and scuffs on the pickguard and top and some fingernail-length dents in the top, particularly under the strings and behind the bridge. There are also some dents in the finish on the back of the neck and a few small finish marks on the back of the guitar, but overall the lightly-applied nitro lacquer finish is in great shape. There is a pin hole-sized ding on the face of the headstock between the B and E tuners and one on the neck heel. Fret wear is minimal.
The Honduras mahogany on the back and sides has a gorgeous grain, the playability is on-point, and it has to be said again: this guitar sounds absolutely terrific!
