* We offer FREE SHIPPING (We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States only) on most items except for  oversized items (Most bass cabinets, and other large cabinets, etc.) and all consignment items. Austin Guitar House will ship these items thru FedEx Ground or USPS. If the customer wants the purchase shipped thru 2nd Day Air, Next Day, Overnight, etc., please contact us thru sales@austinguitarhouse.com to arrange the availability of the service and cost.

Austin Guitar House is closed Sundays and Mondays. All Items purchased Saturday-Monday will ship the following Tuesday. This also includes some items purchased Fridays. If expedited shipping is needed. Please contact us thru sales@austinguitarhouse.com.

In alliance with our processors Protection Policy, we can not and will not redirect packages, or have packages held for pickup. All packages MUST be delivered to the address entered at the time of purchase.

For all International Orders and/or outside the lower 48 States, we ask that you please contact us by email or phone for a Custom Shipping Quote and if the product is available to be shipped to your area. Please note, overseas customers should expect higher costs for shipping.
