*Observations: This is a beautiful 12 fret concert-sized guitar, somewhat similar in shape to a 12-fret Martin "0" size. It's in very good condition, and would probably rate as excellent aside from a few minor cosmetic issues, namely a small finish bubble on the edge of the upper treble bout, a small area of finish scratches between the bridge and the back edge of the top and a light area of typical playing scuffs and scratches in the area where a pickguard would have been mounted. Aside from that, it is mostly very clean with very little fret wear, the flamed sinker mahogany and multi-colored top purfling and rosette are simply stunning, and playability is excellent.
