*Observations: Overall condition here is very good on this handsome, hard-to-find thinline Gibson guitar. The "Satin Rose" satin finish is in mostly clean condition, with most of the play wear concentrated in scratching on the pickguard, and there is very little fret wear. There is some finish cracking around the headstock logo and some at the neck joint on the back of the guitar. A more notable cosmetic flaw is a roughly 2 1/2" long crack on the back side (see photos). We have had it examined by a luthier, who estimates it might cost in the neighborhood of $300 to repair it, but does not suspect it will get worse on its own as long as the guitar is properly cared for humidity-wise. It has been priced accordingly.
That aside, everything works perfectly and this is a great-looking, great-playing guitar!
