*Observations: Overall condition here is very good, especially for a 25 year old instrument. Apart from a very small finish chip on the edge of the neck platform near the rear strap button, there is only light scuffing and scratching from normal play and some very small dents and dings here and there. Fret wear is limited to a little very gentle flattening in the "cowboy chord" area and playability is terrific.
