*Observations: This lovely guitar, roughly similar in shape to a Gibson J-185, is in excellent condition. There's moderate play wear here---light pick scuffs and scratches---but overall it is very clean. There's almost no fret wear, playability is fantastic and the flamed maple back and sides are beautiful. NOTE: The specs on the build sheet state that the nut width is 1.75" but it actually measures at 1.694". The other specs on the sheet are correct.
