*Observations: If you're fanatical about Telecasters, then you probably know the name Nacho Baños. If you don't, Nacho is one of the foremost experts on what makes the Teles of the 50s such special instruments. Having owned, played and studied literally dozens and dozens of prime vintage Teles, Nacho produced the legendary "The Blackguard Book" and began creating his own ultra-authentic T-style guitars that encapsulate all the details that made the vintage instruments great while still standing out as amazing guitars in their own right.
This one is in excellent condition, lightweight and extremely resonant, sporting the beautiful finish and hardware aging that Nacho guitars are famous for. The wiring is the "modern" Tele configuration in use since the late '60s, with a 3-way pickup selector switch, volume control and a tone control that works on all pickup settings.
Playability is fantastic and the 50s-style medium C neck feels wonderful, like a perfectly worn-in baseball glove. And as you would expect, the tone is sensational! The bridge pickup has a perfect balance of twang and punch, and the neck pickup is beautiful, jazzy and bell-like.
A fun package of factory extras is included, featuring the COA, a booklet of fascinating 50s Fender factory documents and vinatge ads, the bridge cover, and a zip drive loaded with high quality photos of the guitar, all in an aged leather drawstring pouch. A Nachoguitars T-shirt (size XL) is also included.
