Special Order Policy

Special orders for items that are not "In Stock" or "On Order" require 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance should be paid in full when the item arrives at Austin Guitar House. If the item is not paid in full in 10 days, it will be placed into stock for sale and the down-payment (50%) is forfeited.

Please note that there are no cancellations, returns or refunds on special orders. The delivery time will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and could be longer or shorter depending on the manufacturer’s build time, back log, waiting list, etc. Item(s) not currently in stock, but on order can be reserved with a 20% non-refundable deposit. The balance due of 80% should be paid when the item(s) is completed and ready to ship.
