I make this exact same pick for Brad Whitford of Aerosmith. Only difference is he has their logo on his Switchblades. 

Laser etched and cut, hand ground on a bench grinder, heat treated and flame buffed. It is a masterpiece! If you hold it up to the light, you can see the proof of the heat treatment.
