1985 Fender American Standard Stratocaster - Black (Used)

*Observations: The serial number on this American Standard Strat indicates a 1985 origin, which would make it a rare extremely early example line of this successful, long-running model and one of the earliest instruments from the Corona, California factory. There are playing scratches and scuffs on the face, back and pickguard and a few small dents here and there, but no finish chips. There is also some yellowing on the pickguard and pickup covers, particularly on the neck pickup. There is some fret flattening across much of the neck but no deep grooves or gouges and playability is very good.

Aside from its minor cosmetic flaws, everything is in great working order, making this a fun-to-play piece of an interesting period in Fender's illustrious history.
