*Observations: This handsome Custom Shop 12 String Tele is in very good condition. There is a lot of play wear on the top and back in the form of scuffs, swirls and scratches and a few very small dents but overall the finish looks great. There is a light patina on the bridge saddles and tuners but everything is in good functioning order. The frets have very little wear, playability is good and the electronics sound terrific. The original hard shell case is included.
