*Observations: The condition of this guitar is very good. All surfaces of the guitar sport light to medium scratches and scuffing from playing wear, along with some fingernail dents on the top of the guitar, particularly on the treble side of the soundboard. A repaired crack in the top runs from the back of the bridge to the edge of the lower bout.

There is some finish peeling on the bass side of neck between the 1st and 3rd fret, and some very slight finish bubbling in the corners of the neck joint. There is some squeaking and friction where the turning inner posts of some of the the tuners contact the wood of the headstock. Fret wear is minimal. The action is medium but plays comfortably and the guitar sounds lovely.
